The Ideal Management Partner
We’re seeking a duo to manage the front-of-house and kitchen. You’ll also engage and motivate a team to deliver consistently first-class service. You will have experience managing high street locations and a good knowledge of Croydon Town Centre. Experience in delivering on investments will also set you apart from other applicants. We have big plans for this pub, and you will be able to demonstrate excitement and passion to deliver the project to a high standard.
You’ll be an enthusiastic operator who feels comfortable front and centre greeting your guests and introducing and growing a simple city menu. Your focus will be on delivering five-star quality service and ratings.
The pub needs a savvy marketeer who will maximise social media channels to reach a new audience. You’ll ensure you are the go-to venue for locals, office workers and shoppers – the only place for business meetings and lunches. The pub also needs an operator who knows what online guests look for when making bookings. You’ll attract glowing Trip Advisor, Google, and social media presence.
