The pub needs a motivator, leader and a natural at spotting talent to bolster the team. You will be a great listener and speaker and someone who relishes getting involved.
You will derive a profound sense of achievement in planning and organising pub events regularly, as an integral part of the community.
These skills are essential to be successful at seasonal trading whilst giving locals a great reason to visit during the winter months.

Accommodation:
Managed Partner accommodation. Self- contained maisonette with double bedroom, living room/ kitchen, and bathroom.
