The ideal partner would be an experienced food operator that can build a good relationships within the community to drive the business. The pub has so much potential to grow sales both wet and dry. The wet trade is a huge opportunity that with the introduction of Pool and Darts Teams to compliment the sport offering within the business would yield huge fruit.
The site currently takes on average £13,000 but has the potential to achieve up to £18k a week by targeting extra food and drinks sales.
