What we’re looking for:
✅ A Food-Focused Leader
You’ll bring solid experience in running a busy, kitchen. You’ll understand how to maximise table turns and run a smart booking diary to make the most of peak trading times.
✅ Commercially Savvy & Operationally Strong
You’ll know how to balance the demands of running a vibrant local bar with a strong
food offer. You’ll have experience managing both wet and dry sales, with a keen eye for margins, service standards, and profitability.
✅ A Proven Event Planner
You’ll have a history of successfully planning, promoting, and delivering events—whether that’s themed dining nights, seasonal food offers, or community gatherings that drive trade and build customer loyalty.
✅ A Hands-On, Front-Led Manager
We’re looking for someone who leads from the front—the face of the pub, always visible, engaging with guests, supporting your team, and setting the tone for service and standards.
✅ Team Builder & Coach
