We are investing a £280,000 and the pub will be a transformed with full internal and external investment. making it the go to community pub in the city centre. The pub is a short walk to the main bus station, with the market square directly opposite where there is also huge complex being built due to open in 2025 with a bowling alley, cinema and family restaurants this will without a doubt bring a welcome boost to the city centre footfall. Preston is a city in Lancashire located in the northwest of the country with great transport links via the M6 motorway.

Pub Layout

The pub will be tastefully decorated throughout following the investment. On entry you will be greeted with the prominent bar servery, well stocked with a vast product range catering to all tastes. To the left will be a snug area with high poser tables and chairs and TV screens a great space to catch up with friends and watch the sport. To the left is the main bar area which will be balanced with both loose and fixed seating. The pub will have a darts area for locals to enjoy, this area will have both fixed and loose seating. The pub benefits from a pavement licence, so customers can enjoy a drink in the summer months while watching the world go by.
