There is a second bar located downstairs which has been used as a meeting room in the past, with seating for up to 20 people. The pub also features an impressive 10 en-suite letting rooms available upstairs, adding an extra revenue stream.
A large patio area to the front of the pub looks out over the scenic views of the harbour and marina complex. There are a number of tables and chairs for customer use. There is a lawned beer garden to the rear of the building that can be easily accessed via the main bar offering customers a relaxing spot away from the bustle of Falmouth.
