Located in a residential area on the outskirts of Coventry, the Minstrel Boy is the only pub in a mile radius and there is a great opportunity to capture business from this densely populated area. There is a large paved patio to the side and rear of the premises. The pub benefits from a large wooden and PVC smoking solution, which has lighting, and heating installed. The exterior is well lit and ideal for staging outside events and barbeques. The pub also benefits from a large car park surrounding it and has space for 25 vehicles.
