The ideal operator will create the optimum local pub, offering the best pint where friends and families gather. You and your guests will benefit from premium drinks offer with local cask ales, serving food all day with something for the whole family. You’ll gain a reputation for the best Sunday roast for miles!

The pub needs an operator with a passion for beer and food quality. Someone who has previously operated a business that engages with locals and new guests alike.
You will excel at creating strong community links and hospitality experience in recruiting staff, training and inspirationally leading your team from the front. You’ll host regular events and maximise all areas of your business, including the car park with space for 25 cars and the beautiful beer garden.
The Pub and Location
The Plough lies in the heart of the picturesque village of Cropwell Butler, which is seven miles east of Nottingham City centre.
Cropwell Butler is a beautiful village just outside of Bingham, rated the best town in England and Wales to bring up a family. You’ll have the best of both worlds with a busy city on your doorstep whilst living in a countryfied, peaceful and safe village with a vibrant community spirit.
Your business will flourish within this large, detached building with two main trading areas. You’ll be a savvy businessperson who will make the best use of the bar and restaurant. You’ll also take advantage of the good-sized rooms with 30 bar and 45 restaurant covers and over 100 covers outside.
The kitchen lies behind the restaurant. It’s one large room with additional storage in a detached garage. During the Summer months, guests bask in the large beer garden to the rear and side of the building enveloped in pretty pergola.
The ideal operator will capitalise on the fact that the Plough is the only pub in the village. It is known for its delicious food offer and popularity with locals and visitors alike.
Accommodation
You’ll discover three bedrooms with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The accommodation is in good order throughout.
