An affluent town near Ipswich, Woodbridge is a pretty riverside town with a rich and proud history.
It sees significant seasonal trade, peaking in summer months.
With a buzz all of its own, the town really comes to life during its annual seafood festival, though visitors come here all year round to enjoy the picturesque harbourside, living museum, shops and cafes – and to visit the world-famous Sutton Hoo site, which is just a few miles away.
There are plenty of schools here, and with a railway station and the A12 leading into the heart of London, transport links couldn’t be better.
