Regional Manager Terrie believes, this is a Great size pub, with lots of opportunity due to its prime location within the town centre. The pub is a new addition to the Craft estate, and would benefit from this, as we would like to create much more buzz around the pub. We would like a ROTW introduced, and community driven events, which would be amazing for the community and would also give the site leverage to put the pub back on the map. Helping it to become the place to go in Andover. We would be looking at introducing teams such as Pool and darts and extending the late-night opportunities. I’d be looking for someone who can deliver a great diverse business which would see the Military, locals, and the LGBTQ+ community all safely using and enjoying the pub
