The Swan Inn is the only pub in the idyllic village of Carleton and is just a short walk from the popular tourist town of Skipton. The property has a good local customer base which provides the basis of the regular trade and is also frequently visited by passing walkers and tourists. The site is set out in two main areas; the main trading area and a function room used during the day as the 'village hub'. At full capacity the site has around 120 covers and there is a well-presented trade kitchen situated behind the trading bar, with direct access to the rear beer garden and internal public areas.
