Your journey with us will begin with the Progress with Punch award-winning one-week training course in our £1M academy with a state-of-the-art kitchen, two bars and a cellar. Then, your Operations Manager will give you what you need to succeed with a warm, community pub investment, full live sports coverage, great value drinks pricing, and a weekly entertainment calendar. You’ll be free to focus on your exceptional pub standards and consistently epic service.
But that’s not all. In addition to substantially investing in your pub and pricing your drinks competitively to help you build solid trade, we’ll also give you a significant entertainment budget. You’ll have the capital to drive new footfall with quizzes, bingo,
karaoke, charity events, DJs, and live bands. Your sports offer will also be essential. So, we will provide Sky and TNT sports.
We will pay for all costs, other than the team labour costs, from 20% of your sales Management Fee. And you’ll have the marketing support needed to ensure your business flies. Your Operations Manager will be by your side, committed to visiting your pub two to three times every week.

The ideal Publican will be comfortable with running a seasonal business and a pub that will comfortably flow from busy days into busy evenings. It is very important that the Tipsy Cow finds its place at the centre of the Skegness community, and you will be very happy working alongside local charities, local sports Teams and the wider Skegness business-community.
The Tipsy Cow will enjoy a full refurbishment, and this will include the external appearance, the outdoor trading spaces and all internal trading areas. Within all of this there will be an upgrade of the AV system to provide the very best in sports-viewing and pub entertainment, and dedicated spaces for darts and pool.
We recognise the need to be competitive with our offer and our drinks range and price-position will be set with this in mind.
