The bar area is thoughtfully designed with three distinct areas of fixed seating, ideal for groups or more intimate gatherings, and features a large round table surrounded by bar stools for a communal feel. The bar itself is well-stocked, showcasing a variety of premium brands and cask ales, while the back bar offers an impressive selection of wines and spirits, catering to all tastes. To your left as you enter is the main pub area, which accommodates up to 50 covers. This versatile space can also serve as a function room with its own separate entrance, making it suitable for events and gatherings. Additionally, this area houses the ladies and gents toilets, ensuring convenience for patrons. Behind the scenes, the pub boasts a large commercial kitchen and preparation area, accessible from both behind the main bar and the main pub dining side, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food offerings.
The living accommodation is located on the first floor with access via the pub. This consists of two bedrooms, large living room with capacity for a dining table, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
