You’ll lead from the front and be the face of the pub. Your background will be that of a talented general manager or an established pub operator.
You’ll also be a visionary with strong business acumen, as you will know how to drive sales with the opportunity for £40,000 during weeks over the summer.
You’ll also be a leader who looks after your team, ensuring that the necessary training and procedures are in place to deliver consistently excellent guest service. Your service ethos will combine friendliness and impeccable standards with the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with guests. You’ll be process-driven and detail-orientated.
You’ll also be versatile and adaptable, able to tailor to the business needs depending on weather, season, and events. The pub needs someone enthusiastic, hands-on and a fantastic host. Big-ticket event experience is a plus. You’ll enjoy playing the role of host with flair, focused on quality, efficiency, and guest relationships.
