The Wheatsheaf is a traditional well positioned public house situated in the small market town of Barton Upon Humber. The traditionally styled internal trading area consists of a single servery catering for the main lounge with up to 50 covers and the sung area which is available for social drinks accommodating 10-12 covers. The lounge offers a range of both fixed and loose seating, traditional in appeal and has been well maintained with two log burners, wood panelling and low ceilings featuring. The well-equipped trade kitchen is located to the rear, allowing easy access to service the lounge and snug room. Additionally, accessed only from the lounge is a secure courtyard garden which is enclosed & private for those wanting to experience the outdoors especially on those sunny days where it becomes a heat trap so customers can especially enjoy those fresh cool drinks.
There are three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom available for immediate occupancy and has recently benefitted from some modernisation, ensuring a comfortable & relaxing environment after a good day’s work in the pub.
