Ye Olde No 3 is a unique canal side pub situated on main A56 road between the historic and affluent villages of Lymm and Bowdon. Situated on a prominent road, this canal side pub has fantastic access by car, foot and canal with a regular and frequent bus service from Warrington and Altrincham. The pub has a great reputation for good home cooked pub food and real ales served in a traditional friendly pub, popular throughout the year with walkers, cyclists, canal users and visitors to this attractive and affluent area. A large, attractive open fire is situated in the centre of the trading area, creating a real focal point for the pub adding character and creating a cosy environment. Other rooms include a games area housing a dart board and pool table, an area around the bar which has comfortable seating for 10 plus standing room, and an additional seating room which provides a further 12 covers. The commercial kitchen is located immediately behind the bar servery allowing easy access to the trade areas. Located close to the canal, the extensive and welcoming beer garden includes a grassed area, complete with picnic benches with seating for up to 50 people. The pub is child friendly with a secure children’s play area to the rear.
