As you step through the main doors, you'll enter a small lobby that leads to the ladies' and gents' toilets. From here, two doors open into the main bar and the lounge. The main bar area is light and airy, with large windows offering views of the garden. It’s furnished with a mix of low-level loose seating, bench seating and high-top tables. The bar, located in the corner is adorned with football shirts, while a pool table and dartboards provide additional entertainment. TVs on the walls ensure guests can enjoy live televised sports. The lounge area is carpeted and features a blend of low-level loose seating and bench seating, complete with its own separate bar, cosy furnishings and is currently used as a dining area. A small raised section makes the lounge perfect for live music or DJs, making it a versatile space for private events or functions. Like the main bar, the lounge benefits from large windows that overlook the car park, filling the room with natural light. Both the main bar and lounge offer easy access to the car park and garden, adding to the venue’s accessibility and charm. The pub is in excellent condition, having been invested in during 2022. The spacious on-site car park has room for around 20-25 vehicles, with additional space for 5 caravans, all with electric hook-ups and access to bathroom facilities. The garden area is a hidden gem, offering breath taking coastal views. It’s equipped with a smoking shelter and outdoor benches, making it a lovely spot for the warmer months.

An important aspect will involve actively marketing and leveraging social media to keep the venue fresh, relevant and engaging for a broader audience. There is also the exciting opportunity to review and refresh the drinks menu, introducing new choices that reflect the latest market trends. The ultimate aim is to create a vibrant, welcoming community hub where both regulars and newcomers can visit.
