The Britannia Inn, Brigg
The Britannia is located in the attractive market town of Brigg, North Lincolnshire. With an approximate population of 6000 the town has a good sized high street with a variety of well known high street brands and independent retailers. The pub is located at the top of Wrawby street close to the pedestrianized retail zone and the towns railway station.
Pub Layout
The Britannia Inn has a good sized bar area with a mixture of loose and fixed furnishings. On entering the bar customers are met by the single well proportioned bar servery and a dedicated pool area to the right. To the left of the bar is a lounge area that also links through to the kitchen. Although the pub doesn’t currently offer a food menu the kitchen is well equipped and offers a great opportunity to expand the business to any operator with the right skill set.
To the rear of the property are the customer toilets and entrance to the rear garden area. This space offers customers a covered gazebo area with a mixture of fixed and loose outside seating.

The Britannia Inn, Brigg
The Britannia is located at the top of a high street and the best retail offer would consist of a great selection of draught ales and lagers, coupled with a good choice of premium wines and spirits. Food and a good coffee offer would compliment the business and make it more appealing to day time shoppers and those using the local railway station. Great standards, terrific customer service and a well delivered weekly activity plan are all needed to maximise the full potential this site has to offer.
