The main trading area consists of two bars, a traditional tap room and a comfortable lounge bar with the added well proportioned function room at the rear. The fixtures and fittings are all in good order and the pub is in presentable condition throughout. Externally the pub offers a good sized timber smoking area, a well proportioned front garden and a patio area to the side. The pub car park is to the rear with spaces for approximately 8-10 vehicles.

Trading Style The Markham Arms is a drinks focussed pub with an emphasis on the community. The pub supports the locals utilizing televised sport and pub team games.
