Pubs To Lease In Norwich – The Gibraltar Gardens Is Now Available
The well-known Gibraltar Gardens public house in Norwich, with its ideal location close to the city centre, proudly overlooking the River Wensum. This histric pub-restaurant has a good reputation for family dining, business lunches and hosting corporate functions throughout the year. There is a tremendous boost to trade over the warmer months when the riverside gardens and huge marquee provide an idyllic setting for functions and events. I am presently looking for an experienced operator who would consider a short term one year tenancy whilst we assess the future plans for the pub.
