This charming pub and restaurant with 4 en-suite letting rooms, is in the Hamlet of Cashmoor, Dorset close to The Wiltshire border on the A354. Cashmoor is just a few miles from Blandford Forum, the most complete small Georgian town in England and home to the famous Hall and Woodhouse Brewery, brewers of the award-winning Badger Beers. The area is popular with day-trippers and weekenders and in the summer months the area becomes a magnet for thousands of holidaymakers who enjoy the easy access to the stunning landscapes, gardens and parks, beautiful villages and towns and historic castles and museums. However, one of the biggest attractions locally is one of the world’s largest annual heritage and cultural events, “The Great Dorset Steam Fair”. There is no other event like it anywhere in the world, hosting over 2000 exhibits and attracting over 200,000 visitors every year both from the UK and from all over the World, if this doesn’t sound perfect enough for you then, we had just better add that the famous beaches of Bournemouth and Poole are a short half hour drive away.

The Cashmoor Inn is a handsome landmark building, with car parking for over 20 cars which also benefits from a large, enclosed family friendly beer garden providing for both outside dining and family and friends lazy days. Internally the pub is decorated to a good standard throughout. The bar area is a warm and cosy social area, great for locals to catch up over a pint and a game of pool and darts, as well as hosting entertainment and events. To the front of the building the slightly more formal but comfortable larger bar, currently with 30 covers but capable of more, is just perfect for serving up the pubs traditional pub food menu and doubling up as the breakfast room for the Bed and Breakfast guests.

Additional Info
Annual Rent – This is our lowest rent figure associated with a Full Tie. If the tie is reduced the effective rent (via Tie Release Fees) will increase. Rent is billed and paid for weekly in advance depending on the payment terms agreed)
Security Deposit – This sum of money will be held on your account and will be returned to you on exiting of the pub based on your final account balance and the condition of the property
Working Capital – This is a recommend amount required which will be used in the day-to-day running of the business
Stock – This will be valued by an independent valuer on the day you take over the pub. This includes unbranded glassware, unopened bottles, wines, spirits, any unopened / opened kegs and cask ale providing the container is unopened
Fixtures & Fittings – This includes any item that is bolted to the floor or walls, and a fitting to be any item that is free standing or hung by a nail or hook. This will also include furniture
Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £57.60 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you piece of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
