It is adjacent to Hykeham Sailing Club and there has been substantial executive style residential development in the immediate vicinity allowing larger passing trade. The Fox is a two-bar operation with two main trading areas, a lounge to the left is used dominantly for catering and dining, with approximately 40 covers and access to the garden via patio doors.
