There is an area where bar snacks can be served, one for casual drinkers and a small section for children with a small pool table. The pub also features a main pool area where the pub’s team plays and is popular amongst the local community. Due to the layout, there is a section that can be used for private events and parties which is an additional stream of revenue. The current kitchen facilities are compact and has the capacity for producing bar meals. The Golden fleece is a fantastic food led pub situated in the village of Oakworth with little competition as there is only one other pub in the surrounding area. It has a three-room operation with large outdoor trading areas that prove very popular during the warmer months. There is a caravan park located less than half a mile away and would benefit from a food offering and events. Overall, I am looking for a publican with food-experience to take the business further and utilise business from the surrounding village.
