Pubs To Let In Weymouth – The Waterloo Hotel Is Now Available !
The Waterloo is a one bar corner pub site located in a residential street behind the seafront at Weymouth. The pub is at the east end of the town surrounded by guest houses and private housing. Blue Flag winning Weymouth Beach is consistently recognised as one of the top ten beach destinations in Europe and it’s easy to see why. With beautiful golden sands and a vibrant seafront and pretty harbourside, Weymouth attracts many visitors.
Pub Layout
The Waterloo is a single bar pub with seating for approx. 30 covers. The bar can be seen on entry and leads through to the beer cellar which is on the same floor. Through the hallway you have access up to the domestic quarters and the ladies and gents toilets. Further down the hallway, there is a large store room which could be developed to create a small catering preparation area so that a simple food offer can be introduced. This leads through to the fantastic beer garden at the rear of the property. This area seats approx. another 50 covers laid to three distinctive areas. There is no carpark but plenty of local off road parking.

The pub trades with a traditional wet offering including a vast range of draught products, wines and spirits and also has two local two cask ales available. Entertainment is predominantly by way of occasional live music along with Friday night karaoke and also features bingo and quiz nights which are all well supported by the locals. A dart board and juke box are also frequently used by the customers and so there is always plenty of all round entertainment and sports on offer.
The pub underwent extensive refurbishment throughout in 2021 and presents extremely well.

Training – Before signing a long term agreement, you will be required to attend our 7 Steps to Sales Success training programme. Held online over three days, you will learn marketing and business strategies that will help you to grow sales in your pub – step-by-step.
Service Charge Cost – £57.60 per week – The Admiral Taverns Premium Maintenance Package will help take care of your compliance and statutory obligations with one simple fee, whilst giving you piece of mind about your boiler and cellar cooling repair and replacement. This also includes full access to e-learning for you and your staff.
