Are you an experienced pub operator with a passion for quality cask ale? Do you have a strong background in managing city centre venues and know how to keep things running smoothly under pressure? If so, we want to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a reliable and highly skilled individual to take the reins of our city centre pub. This is a prime opportunity for someone who’s experienced in managing high-traffic venues and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a top-tier pub environment.
Key Requirements:
•Cask Ale Expertise: The ideal candidate will hold a current Cask Marque certificate, with a deep understanding of cask ale service and maintenance.
•CAMRA Involvement: Active involvement in a local CAMRA division is a must, as we pride ourselves on offering a variety of exceptional ales for our customers.
•Strong Leadership: Experience managing city centre venues, where a firm but fair hand is essential to keeping everything on track and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
•Hands-On Approach: We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and work alongside the team, ensuring a high standard of operation.
