Regional Pub Recruitment Events In West Midlands – Join Stonegate At The Oak !
The Oak is a large and traditional local pub situated on a delightful housing estate on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield town centre. Internally the pub comprises of a two-bar operation; the first bar is dedicated to sports with a pool table, darts area and a large screen for sports viewing. There is a mixture of comfortable seating throughout including booth and fixed style seating for up to 60 guests. The second area is the lounge bar which is the dedicated dining which offers 70 covers and two raised areas which could be used as a private dining area. The private accommodation is in very good condition and comprises of three bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. The site also benefits from a separate flat that offers a large room and shower room. Externally, there is a large, raised patio area which can seat 48 customers and a large, covered area which is predominately used as the smoking area. Additionally, there is a large car park located to the front of the pub which offers spaces for up to 40 cars.
