As part of the refurbishment process, they decided to strip back the building to highlight its original features and create a justifiable extension for the wider community. Their vision is to support local producers and growers with a strong emphasis on good local food and drink, putting Hampshire and in particular the villages of Horton Heath and Fair Oak on the map.
