The Pub

It has an open plan layout but with a characterful and traditional feel, featuring unique accents, plenty of comfortable seating and original stone fireplaces. There is also a dedicated games room with a pool table and darts area and a plethora of TV screens dotted around the pub. The Royal Oak is versatile, transforming from the perfect place to enjoy a cosy meal with friends in the colder months to a vibrant and lively summer venue. With two sunny terraces, a lovely beer garden and a children’s play area it’s the place to be to watch the sun set over the village.
The Royal Oak is on the main road through the picturesque village of Exminster, just 10 minutes from Exeter. The village is on the River Exe and has a beautiful estuary. It has a true community feel and is the perfect place to host key local activities throughout the year, designed to bring the community together for all occasions.

We understand how important it is for a Management Company to completely own their own team.
In Management Partnerships, we love pub obsessed Management Companies with an entrepreneurial spirit that can help us lead the industry. We love to engage Management Companies that help us create pub legacies that stand the test of time and become the hub of their community. We get that every pub has its own distinct character, so our Operations Manager will work closely with the Management Company to understand the true identity of the business, we can then help support and amplify this as part of the Management Partnership model.
