Loved this place when we enjoyed a rum on Friday night.Absolutely fantastic attentive welcoming staff.. even opened the door for us on leaving .

Rapscallions is a home for scoundrels, rouges and rascals alike hidden in the depths of Southsea. The biggest collection for the purveyors of rum in the city where you can come and exchange you hard plundered booty for the finest tots and treats this side of Davey Jones’ Locker.
