The Crown is a picturesque pub situated in the town of Littlehampton, a seaside town in West Sussex, just 19 miles west of Brighton and 10 miles east of Chichester. It benefits from a high street location with plenty of passing trade and features of the social circuit.
Pub Layout
The Crown is a one-room operation featuring a spacious bar that offers a wide selection of drinks to cater for customers of all ages. The bar is well-stocked, ensuring a diverse product range. Upstairs, there is a meze room equipped with a pool table and two darts boards, making it an excellent space for local sports teams. The pub is in good condition throughout, offering both loose and fixed seating in a bright and airy atmosphere. Additionally, The Crown boasts an enclosed courtyard at the rear and has the potential to secure a pavement license, which would be a welcomed addition.

The accommodation comprises of three bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a lounge. A great space to call home for a new operator.

This opportunity is for you to run your pub as a self-employed manager. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.

This is a lively pub and needs someone with a passion for all things hospitality. You will need experience in running a high street pub and have the skills to plan and deliver a strong marketing and entertainment plan, incorporating pub teams, is key to making The Crown popular during the week day evenings. Due to the dynamic nature of The Crown, this opportunity is not suitable for first-time operators.
