Join our friends from 5.30pm on Thursday 11th May for an evening of mixology, music and more! And if you have a passion for mixology, this is the perfect opportunity to show off your skillset. A bit about the competition…
From creating a cocktail using one of our most unique rums Forum, through to a speed-making cocktail contest (details TBD), and a ‘Flair’ round – there will be plenty of opportunity to impress as a competitor, and to be impressed as a guest!

Hampshire Distilleries
The Portsmouth Distillery also offer a full tour of all facilities, with expert explanations about the processes used in the creation of their fine spirits. You’ll learn about their passion and the history of historic Fort Cumberland, learn how they make the amazing spirits and visit the jewel in their crown, the Powder Magazine.
There you’ll get to taste their fabulous spirits and have a chance to soak up some of the history of the place they are proud to call home. Once you’ve tasted the spirits and chosen your favourite, your ticket will also include a full sized drink of your choice, and of course you are welcome to stay for a few more in our fully licensed bar.
There is a shop at the distillery as well as online, stocking the full range of their spirits, gift packs and merchandise so you’ll be able to take something home to continue to enjoy the experience.
