We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join: Golden Lion, Bexleyheath £35,000 – £38,000 p.a.
– Live In The Golden Lion is situated on the main high street of Bexleyheath, it is a 1 floor and 1 bar operation with a sun trap beer garden.
The site trades 7 days a week and is a high-level sports & weekend Late night led operation.
The venue is licensed to trade till 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Plenty of HD screens to watch the sport, very popular with locals.
A continuously well performing venue for several years, with a strong team and high standards of organisation, the site needs to be taken to the next step and reach full potential through town planning and sales driven activity.
You must have a passion for people, service, standards, love Sports and late night.
We are looking for a General Manager that can lead and engage team to deliver exceptional service & standards, whilst maintaining good relations with the local authorities.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a multifaceted business with a proven track record of delivering both sports and late-night party segments.
