The Bell Inn Shrewsbury, is an 18th century traditional country inn with letting rooms. It is situated in the village of cross houses just four miles south of the bustling market town of Shrewsbury. The Pub is located on the busy A458 road and benefit’s from not only a great local community but also passing trade from its prime location.

The Bell Inn Shrewsbury is a stunning pub in beautiful surroundings and presents itself as a fantastic opportunity. Externally this detached pub has a large car park for up to 30 cars and an enclosed grass beer garden which can easily hold around 80 guests, this space has bags of potential and could lend itself to beer festivals and community events. Internally the pub trades from two areas which are serviced by the central bar. The main bar area can seat around 25 covers and the restaurant around 30 covers. The décor is light and airy with a relaxed modern feel throughout . All fixtures and fittings are in good order and contemporary décor flows throughout the pub.
