The training covers a comprehensive range of subjects, each of which has a quiz to improve learning
and check understanding:
Licensing Law – their responsibility and minimise risk of fines and problems
Personal Hygiene – effective hand washing and do and don’ts
Work Safely – be alert to risks and understand what to do if an accident at work
Food Safety – introduction based on BFH 1&2, a good foundation in first few days
Bar & Food Service – examples and videos of good standards and practices
We use simple and easy to understand language , interesting videos and downloadable worksheets
to encourage workplace learning and product knowledge.
At the end a final test (multiple choice) which when passed they can download an e-certificate of
achievement to reward them and give you an audit trail for possible inspections.
Is flexible – pay as you go, with discounts in purchase of bundles to reduce cost and administration
of expenses.
