Hampshire Gin – feeling loved up with HMS Spirits
Hampshire Gin – Lets take a closer look at a few of their products:
ELIZABETH GIN – 50CL – 42% ABV – A delicate balance of botanicals, a classic London Dry Gin and a natural elderflower distillate, producing a juniper led gin on the nose followed by light flowery and honey like tones, ensuring a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
DREADNOUGHT GIN – 50CL – 57.5% ABV – Dreadnought Gin is the second in our fleet, a navy strength gin at 57.5%, so-called because a warship’s gunpowder could still ignite, even if soaked in the spirit. A well-balanced juniper led London Dry Gin, adding subtle notes of grapefruit to liven the front of the palate followed by a soft rosemary finish. It’s carefully distilled in small batches using a copper pot still and retains a slightly higher essential oil content which gives it a richness and ensures its smoothness on the palate.
