The Drakes Drum is a large pub situated in an exccellent location close to shops, restaurants and schools in the heart of Plymstock. The pub boasts two entrances, one from the front and the other from the rear where the car park is situated. On entry is a large trading space with two bars, the main bar serves the dining area for up to 20 covers and the sports bar is utilised for casual drinking. Décor is very traditional in style and requires some re-decoration to bring up to standard. The sports bar is situated at the other end and includes a pool table and darts board, perfect for sports enthusiasts. Throughout the pub there are a number of wooden tables and chairs for dining purposes. Live entertainment is hugely popular and a make shift stage could be utilised. A medium sized trade kitchen is also available.
Externally, there is a large car park with up to 30 spaces. There is also opportunity for lettings rooms and office space on the ground floor.
There are three good sized double bedrooms and a domestic kitchen on the first floor. The accommodation could also be utilised as letting rooms to drive additional revnue however the decor is dated and requires work.
