The Pheasant Inn is a pretty country pub which lies in the charming village of Wookey on the River Axe and surrounded by stunning countryside. The pub is traditional in style with heaps of character and is popular for its quality food and welcoming atmosphere. Due to its affluent location the pub caters for locals and tourists alike but is particularly busy in the warmer months and would also be suitable for a quality destination food offer. This is a one bar operation and has a real warm and homely feel with open brick fireplaces, flagstone flooring and modern fixtures and fittings. Nearby attractions include Wookey Hole Caves, Glastonbury Abbey and the Bishop’s Palace & Gardens.
