About The Bird In Hand Lovedean
The Bird In Hand Lovedean is situated on the edge of the village of Lovedean in Hampshire and has been a landmark of the village since the 1800’s. With it’s quaint thatched roof, it was used as the local bakers shop and greengrocers. It still stands on the same grounds but has a more recent half-timbered front & tile roof.
The Bird in Hand Lovedean has a rich history to it and was the hiding place of the F.A. Cup during the Second World War. In more modern times the Bird in Hand, Lovedean has made a name for itself as a pub with a warm and inviting atmosphere that offers an extensive and imaginative menu using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients. All of the food served at the Bird in Hand is homemade and freshly prepared in our kitchen.
