Customer Service Representative (6months FTC) (Solihull)

The Vacancy We are creating a one-stop-shop service to support our managed pubs and are hiring a new team of Customer Service Representatives to manage incoming telephone and email enquiries from our pubs. In this role, the team of Customer Service Representatives will provide an effective and timely query resolution to enable our pub managers to focus upon being brilliant at what they do best – running fantastic pubs! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to start their journey within the office environment of the world’s biggest pub company. The Customer Service Representative role will provide individuals with excellent insight into the workings of a busy contact centre as well as the greater workings of a busy pub company. Managed pub queries will be received via a dedicated phone line and email inbox manned by 6 Customer Service Representatives under the leadership of a member of the Customer Contact Centre Management team Candidates will need to be able to work between 7am and 6pm weekdays and 7am till 3pm at weekends – we are very happy to talk to you about flexible shifts to suit you!
