Only 8 miles from Portsmouth Harbour with its Historic Dockyard, Marie Rose, HMS Victory, Spinnaker Tower, Gunwharf Quay and the Isle of Wight ferry services.

Built in 1790, The Golden Lion is a Grade 2 listed building, operating as a traditional public house. There is a dining area to the side plus an enclosed walled garden to the rear with car park.

Fuller’s Tenancy

The property is to be let on a new three year tenancy and is Landlord and Tenant Act protected. Rent (tbc) per annum, subject to a three-year review pattern and annual increases in line with the Retail Price Index. There is a full tie on all wet products. Machine income is shared 50/50 between the tenant and Fuller’s. A Security Deposit of £8,000 is required and is included in the capital required figure.
