On entering the Church Inn you are welcomed by a single bar servery which services all areas of the pub, around the bar is your traditional bar area with bar stools and loose seating. To the left of the pub there is a raised dining area with a mixture of fixed and loose seating, along with double French doors leading to the external courtyard. To the right of the bar you can find the sports lounge, housing a pool table, darts board and a multitude of televisions, ideal for live sporting events. To the front of the pub you will find a car park, providing space for a number of vehicles. To the rear there is a recently renovated courtyard, complete with a fixed pagoda, new chic outdoor lighting and picnic benches which is ideal in the summer months.

The successful applicant will need to utilise and make the most of the recently renovated rear courtyard complete with fixed pagoda and new lighting.
