About the Pub – Parkers Hull

Parkers has two main trading areas with the large central bar serving both areas. The lounge is of a good size and has a mixture of fixed and loose seating, while the bar has loose furniture and a dedicated pool area. The decoration inside is very much aimed at the sports community with football scarves and memorabilia adorning the walls and ceilings. The layout inside is spacious allowing for large numbers on match days. Externally there is a good sized drinking terrace which looks out in the direction of the stadium and park. This also benefits from having its own licensed bar which is utilised on match days. The pub also has a car park with spaces for up to 30 cars.

TRADING STYLE Parkers is a wet led community pub, with the majority of its trade being sports related, it is bustling on match days and shows televised sports throughout the week. It is also home to a number of pool teams that play in local leagues which helps boost income throughout the week. There is no kitchen on site and as a result no food offer is currently in place, however there may be the opportunity to introduce a simple back bar food solution.
