Leading off the main bar is a function room / restaurant with the potential for a further twenty covers. TRADING STYLE The Rose and Crown Manae is a successful village pub and the heart of the community. The main trading is early evenings and weekends with live sports shown and community teams playing pool and darts. The pub trades as a drinks focused community pub however this could be expanded on by way of utilising the function room/ restaurant area and introducing a good, hearty food offer.
The private accommodation at The Rose and Crown Manae is located on the first floor and can be accessed internally which consists of two bedrooms, a family bathroom, lounge and kitchen. The accommodation is in good condition.

This pub is unopposed locally and trades well and is the hub of the local community and in return is very well supported. There is currently no food being served but scope for this to be launched such as a pizza offer for eat and takeaway. The location is rural and historically agricultural, however there is no shortcomings in footfall with an ongoing influx of new people from cities wanting a quiet life yet still being connected to hubs like Cambridge only a short journey away by train. The new tenants would want to develop the food side of the business and utilise the whole pub to it’s fullest potential. I am looking for someone who is community driven and looking engage further with the local area, teams and events.
