The Round Thorn is situated on a corner plot creating a good sized footprint for the pub along with being prominently visible on the busy road. Externally there is off road parking for 6 vehicles, along with a number of picnic benches for those looking to enjoy a drink in the summer months. The pub has two entrances, from the main entrance you are welcomed in tho the main bar area, with the bar itself occupying the right hand side of the room. The trading area has a mixture of fixed and loose seating, including bar stools and a number of wall mounted televisions for live sporting events. To the rear of the pub you will find the additional entrance leading into the games area, housing a pool table and darts board.


Private Accommodation

The private accommodation is located on the first and second floor. Currently, there is no one occupying the accommodation and the pub is a lock up however with this being said there are plans in place to refurbish the first floor creating a decent accommodation for a licensee or manager to live in


The Round Thorn is a well loved, wet led community local. It is extremely popular with sports fans, with showing live sporting events, along with local pool and darts teams occupying the games room regularly.
