The Crown Albrighton is a beautiful community pub ideally located in the centre of the affluent village of Albrighton, 5 miles from Wolverhampton. The pub has 4 separate trading areas in one large room.

The pub is situated on a main road with other trading outlets including a local butchers, restaurants and other pubs. There is also a large car park available which is also used publicly meaning plenty of passing trade to draw into the pub.

The pub currently trades at around £10,000 a week in sales.

The Crown has a decent sized kitchen and is currently 70/30 wet led with the opportunity to drive food sales through a Marston’s pub classics menu and decent Sunday Roast offering. Things to consider

In addition to the £5k security deposit required for this agreement, you will need to cover your own insurance, except building insurance, which we’ll cover. Also, you’ll want to start thinking about your team; taking care of paying them and all other employment matters.

Before we all sign the agreement and see you heading into a whole new life, you’ll just need to show us proof that you’ve had independent financial advice from an accountant and solicitor, in accordance with the Pubs Code. And, of course, obtain your personal licence (which we’ll help with) and complete your induction training.

It’s a five-year commitment, so you have loads of time to build the business and get it performing brilliantly but, if you do want to leave early, there’s always the option of six months’ notice with a ‘break’ clause in the contract.

As part of our quest to find the perfect operator for this pub, have waived our legal fees on this vacancy, saving the successful candidate £360.
