|This pub is available on a Tenancy At Will agreement (TAW). A TAW agreement is a short-term licence which can be terminated at short notice. You are taking on a temporary agreement only and as such some key elements of the codes of practice and the Landlord and Tenant Act will not apply. TAWs cannot be assigned nor can sub-letting take place.
Even though this may only be a tenancy at will, you will need some form of capital behind you for cash flow and early expenses. The actual amount of capital required for in-goings and the rent will be discussed with the Operations Manager.
Please be aware that for a TAW application, you will need an up-to-date Personal Licence to progress
