We went with for my husbands birthday. From the moment we walked through the door everything was excellent. Great service and atmosphere and amazing food. Our starters included pea mouse, mixed squash and pigeon, all fantastic, main courses venison, pheasant, cod and artichoke, again all fantastic, great choice of of wine. Really couldn’t fault anything.
We popped in after a long walk, with our dog. The staff were really friendly and let us know where we could sit with the dog. We decided to have lunch, the food was lovely, we went for the burger and it along with the chips arrived well presented and hot, it tasted lovely.
